"I have never come across a group of employees who are so unprofessional and rude when you bring up their mistakes. They incorrectly quoted us at $250 (on their customer service line, but when I suggested they bring up the recording they refused) and are now trying to charge us DOUBLE our monthly payment. Amy and Diana will not let you speak, they constantly interrupt you and speak over you, and don’t let you get a word in. And don’t bother trying to contact Sterling Campbell himself, apparently he’s a myth, and there is no one above Amy! They are only happy to help when you’re willing to just let go of all your money and pay blindly."

"We have been with Sterling Campbell for 7 or 8 years now and they have all been amazing. Sterling is great to work with and really takes time to understand what we need instead of trying to sell us everything under the sun. Everyone else in the office has been great too. I work with a lot of insurance agents with my job and a ton of them have tried to get us to switch over to them. We won't do it. If you are looking for better service than what you are getting now, start here."
